TWO TEAMS THAT CALL BALTIMORE “HOME,”
Catholic Relief Services and the Orioles, are fighting hunger together again. To celebrate Camden Yards’ 25th anniversary, help us raise enough money to send 25,000 meals to the women and children of Burkina Faso, West Africa. At only 50 cents a meal, you can feed 50 people for only $25.
The Challenge culminates with a spirited meal-packaging event at Camden Yards. Registered event volunteers will have the opportunity to package meals alongside Orioles Hall of Famer and MASN analyst Mike Bordick and the Oriole Bird. There will also be Orioles game ticket and autographed memorabilia giveaways. Space is limited. Join us and knock one out of the park in the fight against hunger!
All funds donated by August 15th will allow us to package more meals at our event. Any funds donated after August 15th will go towards programming in Burkina Faso.
Date: Saturday, September 2, 2017
Time: 10:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m.
Where: Oriole Park at Camden Yards
HOW IT WORKS:
The more you raise the more meals we can send overseas! We are suggesting a $25 donation in celebration of Camden Yards' 25th anniversary! $25 provides 50 meals to the centers we serve so they can eat everyday. Create a team or join a team to help us reach our goal. Those that register as an event volunteer can attend the event to package the meals.
